Business & Talent Development

Define and Develop the Potential of Talents and Business Ventures.

Navigating the Future of Entrepreneurship

Magellan Group is an international collective of investors, professionals, and business owners united by a shared belief: every individual holds the potential to create meaningful impact—given the right support, guidance, and environment.

Founded over a decade ago, Magellan began as a collaboration between experts seeking to understand why so many start-ups and micro-SMEs fail—especially in a world increasingly shaped by rapid technological change, globalization, and economic uncertainty. In environments often described as volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA), traditional business programs frequently fall short, leaving many aspiring entrepreneurs without the tools or frameworks they need to succeed.
In 2016, we launched our first programs in Asia, focused on developing human-centered, practical solutions to nurture talent, guide venture building, and promote long-term sustainability. By 2024, Magellan expanded into Europe to connect entrepreneurial ecosystems across continents, bridging cultures and opening new pathways for innovation and cooperation.

Our Vision
We envision a world where talent is recognized, empowered, and transformed into globally-minded entrepreneurs. Magellan strives to support individuals in building sustainable ventures that not only achieve business success, but also contribute positively to society and local communities.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create integrated entrepreneurial ecosystems across Asia and Europe—connecting founders, investors, advisors, and professionals through strategic partnerships, practical training, and long-term mentorship. We develop tailored programs for talent and business development, grounded in real-world experience and adapted to diverse cultural and economic contexts.

By aligning business goals with investor expectations and promoting transparency, we help transform ideas into resilient ventures—viable for long-term growth and ready to thrive in an interconnected global economy.

At Magellan Group, we do not claim to have all the answers. But with curiosity, cultural awareness, and a commitment to learning, we work to build strong, supportive communities that give individuals the confidence and structure they need to grow—personally, professionally, and financially.

Inspired by the legacy of exploration and global connection embodied by Ferdinand Magellan, we continue to navigate new frontiers—fostering opportunity, stability, and innovation in a changing world.
