About Us



Magellan Group (the name inspired by the European Explorer Ferdinand Magellan) represents an international group of professionals, business owners and investors with passions and programs to support and develop entrepreneurs and business ventures. Magellan was implemented in Asia in 2016 with development of program structures and venture building initiatives. In 2024, the structures are implemented in Europe to connect entrepreneurs and markets in Europe and Asia, thereby forming stability in VUCA environments (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).



Our Vision - to identify talents and transform them into internationally recognized business owners. For the transformation of talents into skilled entrepreneurs. Based on international best practices, Magellan has developed its own programs and leverages different platforms to drive success for its partners, members and clients.

Our Mission  - to leverage local cultures and diversifications in Asia and Europe to create success opportunities for our entrepreneurs, business owners and investors. After understanding the Asian markets for years, we are now implementing our ideas, structures and opportunities in Europe.

Erano Alarcon

Head of Magellan Group Asia

He has strong background in engineering and has successfully ran various businesses in the Philippines and Singapore in different industries, including construction. He has a wide regional network and passion for business and entrepreneurship.

Magellan Europe

Michael Hartung
Head of Magellan Group Europe

He is an international finance expert, spending decades in Europe and Asia. Overall, he has experiences of over 25 years in International Banking and 10 years in Venture Capital & Business Advisory. He has two MBA degrees and various professional certificates in Banking, NLP Coach, Six-Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, International Accounting, Financial Advisory. He is passionate about financial structures and disruptive strategies for disruptive structures. His work and passions were recognized by various professional awards.
